Your response: This COI is located in Census Tract 145.02. It consists of two block groups. The boundaries of this COI are: Hwy 85 to the north; the Randolph County line to the south; Jackson Lake Rd/Cox Ave/Baker Rd to the east; and S. Main St to the west. Certain southern and eastern portions of the COI are not within the city of High Point. Much of this COI, notably along S. Main St, is heavily commercial.
