The district comprises of: -Princeton University and Mercer County Community Hospital -Princeton Plainsboro Medical Center -Mercer County Park -Northeast Corridor Train that runs from NYC to Philadelphia. -Bus Hub in Cranbury -McCarther Theatre in Princeton and Surrounding Museums -Number of historic landmarks from the days of George Washington
The community is very diverse but has a large Asian population: American, African- American, LatinX, Hindi, Chinese, Korean, Polish (and other Slavic countries). There are a number of religious denominations: Catholic, Christian, Baptist, Methodist, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist, Orthodox Jew. There is a house of worship representing the religions above in the area. There are a few historic landmarks around the Princeton University area.
This area is very transient with a number of folks who commute to either NYC or Philadelphia for work - Finance, Healthcare and/or IT. There is a population who work for the State of New Jersey. Also, there is a lot of farmland in the area so there are a number of farmers and landscapers in the area.
