West Windsor and Plainsboro share a school district, but the towns are very distinct otherwise. It makes sense to keep them in separate districts. The school district has not suffered adverse effects from the towns being in separate districts.
Plainsboro has a significant Asian American population, as does West Windsor and other surrounding areas. Keeping Plainsboro in a separate district from West Windsor will create multiple districts in which Asian American communities may have more opportunity to influence elections.
Plainsboro and Hamilton have historically been in the same legislative district and should remain that way.
