Examples of activities and services: Shopping areas, schools and universities, libraries, parks, lakes, rivers, places of worship, healthcare services, public transport, local nonprofit organizations, etc.

Your response: My rural community is mainly made of people who are retirees. In a general sense we are happy to share past experiences that create positive insights to family, friends and neighbors. It is our goal to be mentors to those who are following in our footsteps in the hopes of creating a better future for everyone.

  - If there are environmental concerns in your community, what are they?

Examples of economic or environmental interests: Tourism industry, agricultural workers, mining town, manufacturing center, polluted natural resource, unemployment problem, etc.

Your response: Jobs are always needed, especially those that provide an equitable salary for the work provided. That is very lacking in this community where jobs are almost nonexistent and working people must travel many miles to find employment.

  - Is there anything else you want to tell us about your community?

Examples of needs or concerns: Keep community in the same district or separate into multiple districts, shared policy concerns, need for a social service, relationship to other nearby communities, issues with current district lines

Your response: My community needs to be kept together and not split by Redistricting. Splitting our community would not lead to any benefit to any of our residents.
