Examples of activities and services: Shopping areas, schools and universities, libraries, parks, lakes, rivers, places of worship, healthcare services, public transport, local nonprofit organizations, etc.

Your response: My community consists of those individuals that send their children to schools in the Lodi Area School district and those that attend St. Olaf parish in De Forest.

Your response: My community is located on the edge of Dane County and most individuals work in the Madison area. It is important for us to have county resources spent in our smaller communities to ensure roads are passable for getting to work.
