Your response: Questions of whether businesses can survive in Haverhill/Methuen Workforce tends not to work in Methuen or Haverhill, many work in New Hampshire, many folks feel they have more in common with New Hampshire than with Massachusetts Has been a focus on trying to create economic opportunities, but usually Lowell or Lawrence get the economic opportunities but not being attracted for folks in Haverhill or Methuen
