  - Where do people in your community gather or socialize?
  - How and where does your community access services (healthcare, transportation, educational services, etc.)?

Examples of activities and services: Shopping areas, schools and universities, libraries, parks, lakes, rivers, places of worship, healthcare services, public transport, local nonprofit organizations, etc.

Your response: This area has two major anchor institutions that have grown significantly over the last decade: AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center and Stockton University. Both are currently constructing new facilities in Atlantic City, and they have also expanded within the Galloway Township area over the years. AtlantiCare’s mainland campus is in Galloway; and most of our doctors’ offices are also in Galloway. Similarly, the students who reside in Stockton’s new Atlantic City dorms right across the street shuttle between here and Stockton’s main Galloway campus.

Examples of economic or environmental interests: Tourism industry, agricultural workers, mining town, manufacturing center, polluted natural resource, unemployment problem, etc.

  - What are the needs of your community?
  - Is there anything else you want to tell us about your community?

Examples of needs or concerns: Keep community in the same district or separate into multiple districts, shared policy concerns, need for a social service, relationship to other nearby communities, issues with current district lines

Your response: Atlantic City and Galloway are not in the same legislative district. I believe these municipalities should be reunited. Keeping Atlantic City and Galloway divided between the 2nd and 9th Districts splits communities of common interests and diminishes the voting and advocacy power of Stockton students.
