Examples of activities and services: Shopping areas, schools and universities, libraries, parks, lakes, rivers, places of worship, healthcare services, public transport, local nonprofit organizations, etc.

Your response: My community shops at Foothill Village, the Smiths at 8th and 8th, as well as at the Downtown Farmers Market and local area organic grocery stores. My community uses the Anderson-Foothill Branch of the Public Library as well as the main library downtown. We gather at Davis Park and Laird Park.

Your response: My community is made up of people who work at or are students at the University of Utah and its affiliated Research Park and University Hospital. We are in close proximity to the Wasatch mountains and many of us enjoy hiking and camping and just getting away by traveling into the nearby canyons.

Examples of needs or concerns: Keep community in the same district or separate into multiple districts, shared policy concerns, need for a social service, relationship to other nearby communities, issues with current district lines

Your response: In my opinion, Salt Lake City should be kept in the same district ... ALL OF SLC.
