Examples of needs or concerns: Keep community in the same district or separate into multiple districts, shared policy concerns, need for a social service, relationship to other nearby communities, issues with current district lines

Your response: The Asheville-Hendersonville corridor has a high incidence of chronic illness AND its residents also have a high exposure to flooding, which adversely affects their housing (and will continue to do so as climate change impact accelerates)
