Examples of economic or environmental interests: Tourism industry, agricultural workers, mining town, manufacturing center, polluted natural resource, unemployment problem, etc.

Your response: My community is quite wealthy, yet with many retirees so incomes are not always as high as housing prices would indicate. The infrastructure in this area is aging and needs attention.
