There is a nearby park, gym and movie plaza that is where most people in my area gather and socialize. There is a nearby hospital at Mountain View and medical office specialties for access to healthcare. I live close to freeway access for commuting. We also like to live close to grocery shopping and enjoy having it within walking distance or other modes of transportation. I moved recently but stayed within this same community.
The neighborhood is established and diverse multiculturally; with nearby churches.
There a lot of working class families in my community. I have neighbors who work in nearby fitness centers, business owners, people like myself who work from home; and also those who commute to casinos. I live in an area with access to high speed broadband internet. During flash flood season, our roads are flooded and we cannot travel due to the closure of roads.
Some apartment complexes have property rules that limit the choices of utility services like garbage - no recycling options; forced to use certain cable service providers or required to pay for it however we do not use it (we use streaming if at all); and the internet provider - we have to choose what the complex. I would like my County to consider choice in multi-family living housing. Invest in flood control infrastructure. Traffic control devices for speeding in the neighborhood like speed humps; and upgrading traffic signals.
