Your response: My community has historically been comprised of immigrant and refugee families but have recently been subject to involuntary displacement.

Your response: My neighborhood is officially known as the East Colfax neighborhood by the City and County of Denver. This is a relatively small neighborhood that has been split between two council districts despite there being comparable demographics. Many people in the community feel that their voices are not heard by either council person due to the much louder collective voices in adjacent neighborhoods. The entire neighborhood should be included in a single council district.
