The options for grocery stores in my area are relatively poor there is only a Walmart and an Albertson's quite a drive away. My home is right next to public transportation. There are both hospitals and Urgent Care's nearby. There aren't any parks within walking distance, I have to drive to the nearest one. There aren't any libraries nearby, there is a good library that I go to but it's not at all as close as I would like. I just moved to my area so I don't know what kind of K-12 schools there are. CSN and UNLV are not nearby but they are the closest university/college to me. I have not really paid attention to the different places of worship near me. There aren't any local nonprofits nearby.

I just moved to my home so I don't know much about my neighbors but I do know this is a area with a higher income. I am unsure of how old my neighborhood is as well. There aren't any museums or galleries nearby. My family and I have to travel outside my community to attend/experience cultural events.

I haven't noticed the averaged career of my neighbor. I believe that my sidewalks and neighborhood are clean and well maintained. I would say that my neighborhood has well maintained, high quality roads. There is some construction nearby, although the roads were of high quality before then. There is a lot of greenspace in my are, but living in a desert I see room for improvement for water conservation. I live in a area of those with higher incomes so the neighborhood is better taken care of.

My residency is not my community. I moved from Rainbow & Charleston to this area, and the difference of living in these two different spaces is huge. There is much more privilege in the area I live now compared to the working class neighborhood I lived in before. I don't believe there should be such huge disparities in the maintenance of these two communities.
