Your response: Winslow is very diverse, including significant Black and Hispanic populations. There is a long history of rural families/residents in the area. Historic St. Jude Catholic church is in the area.

Examples of needs or concerns: Keep community in the same district or separate into multiple districts, shared policy concerns, need for a social service, relationship to other nearby communities, issues with current district lines

Your response: District 4 is growing and the Winslow community should be kept together.
