biggest latino community in western Mass majority puertorican. alot of small business are own by P.O.C and bodega or "corner stores" are owned by Dominicans. around 90% of people talk spanish. holyoke has alot of low income housing community and working class community just slightly over poverty. a new community of undocumented immigrants is starting to move there .
