Your response: Our Ogden Valley and Canyon community is unique in its geographic separation from the Wasatch Front, and common interests in being a recreational and retirement community. We have unique problems related to having a relatively older population and high proportion of second homes, including rental units. The valley is also the water source area for much of the rest of Weber County through the siting of the Ogden City Wells and Pineview reservoir.
