Your response: The Latino Festival of Monmouth County in Freehold connects the region. The county seat is the connector for all government services in the area. There is tremendous interaction between the Latino communities of Monmouth. The main social service agencies serving the community have offices in Red Bank, Freehold and Asbury Park.
