Examples of activities and services: Shopping areas, schools and universities, libraries, parks, lakes, rivers, places of worship, healthcare services, public transport, local nonprofit organizations, etc.

Your response: My community consists of a varied mixture of people. Some community members are retire, working, not working, and some who need to work. It is plain to see the disparity within our neighborhoods of color by the upkeep of residential properties. It is common to see dilapidated occupied rental houses right next to privately-owned homes that are in pristine condition.

  - If your community has a shared history, what is it?

Examples of cultural or historical interests: Religious groups, ethnic groups, languages, age groups, immigration status, historic or arts districts, etc.

Your response: Cultural interests include the many historical churches, and the always well-attended Annual Screven County Christmas Extravaganza.

  - Where are residents employed?
  - If there are environmental concerns in your community, what are they?

Examples of economic or environmental interests: Tourism industry, agricultural workers, mining town, manufacturing center, polluted natural resource, unemployment problem, etc.

Your response: Jobs are greatly needed in my community. Not just any jobs, but those that come with equitable pay. Due to the lack of decent job opportunities, many working people are forced to travel what can be great distances to make a living, just to call Sylvania home.

Examples of needs or concerns: Keep community in the same district or separate into multiple districts, shared policy concerns, need for a social service, relationship to other nearby communities, issues with current district lines

Your response: My community needs the creation of a certification program that will help minority small business owners to carve out a profitable path for their present and future. It also needs not to be divided by Redistricting .
