My community is impacted by rising costs of living, which threatens to push many residents out or make residing here more economical challenging. The lack of jobs and homelessness is also a problem. The maintenance of the community gardens is beneficial to those in need of food.
My community is often split up in redistricting, divided between congressional districts, state house and senate districts, and the Richmond city council, which usually has the governing decision, as well as the state assembly districts.
