Your response: The Fort Monmouth military area was closed and is being redeveloped in partnership with the EPA. So the communities working on that should be in the same district. Eatontown and Ocean Port share a large public land sale project. The Monmouth Mall area has also been declared in need of redevelopment. There are several development projects and needs along Route 35.
