Community Information

My community is located in and around Belleville Lake which is part of the Huron River basin. We are very close to a hazardous waste dump, EQ. Many of the chemicals being held there are amoung the most toxic in the country. There are only 2 sites that will accept such waste. Much of the protection/barrier is in the form of plastic tarps which is supposed to protect this basin
