The Hispanic communities in Parsippany, Jefferson, and Lincoln Park would be adversely affected by removing current Hispanic incumbent from the district, which the Turnpike map does. The Turnpike map further splits Morris County, including these communities, into 6 separate districts. Morris Plains and Parsippany are especially closely connected and should be in the same district.
