Examples of activities and services: Shopping areas, schools and universities, libraries, parks, lakes, rivers, places of worship, healthcare services, public transport, local nonprofit organizations, etc.

Your response: The Park City School District is a distinct community of interest - many who choose to live here specifically choose to live within the school district. Our children are the center of our community and much of community life revolves around school sports and activities.

Examples of cultural or historical interests: Religious groups, ethnic groups, languages, age groups, immigration status, historic or arts districts, etc.

Examples of economic or environmental interests: Tourism industry, agricultural workers, mining town, manufacturing center, polluted natural resource, unemployment problem, etc.

Your response: Important community members that drive the economy of the greater Park City area live outside of the municipal boundaries. The entire Snyderville Basin and many of his neighborhoods are home to service workers, transportation workers, teachers, public servants and resort workers. The Park City School District encompasses these outlying neighborhoods in addition to Park City proper, and deserves to be kept together when drawing political boundaries

Your response: We are a resort community that is an important driver of tourism in the state year-round. We are concerned with environmental issues that may affect our snowpack in the future, with ensuring our children receive a top-notch education, and with ensuring that our community has a meaningful voice in the state legislature.
