Your response: My community is highly residential but with important commercial areas along Mineral Point, Old Sauk, and Odana Roads. Key gathering places/assets are Memorial High School, Jefferson Middle School, Crestwood and Muir Elementary schools, Sauk Point (library, shops, restaurants), Parkcrest Pool, Owen Park, Garner Park, Oakwood Village. Key large employers are Cuna Mutual, Oakwood Village, Smart Toyota, Navitus.

Examples of needs or concerns: Keep community in the same district or separate into multiple districts, shared policy concerns, need for a social service, relationship to other nearby communities, issues with current district lines

Your response: My district (10) was significantly gerrymandered in 2011 by including a string of west-side Madison neighborhoods, along with the Village of Shorewood Hills, into a banana-shaped district that is neither compact nor well-connected.
