The community is more residential place where lots of families live in the area and then go outside of the community to work. There’s several elementary schools that all funnel to the one high school we have (Wasatch high). In face this school brings in a lot of students from other communities since it’s the closed one to them. There’s also a UVU campus right outside of Heber where many student go on to continue there study.
There’s mainly two groups of ethnic groups here Hispanic and white. White makes up the majority of the population whole Hispanic groups make up around 24% they live in specific neighborhoods around the outside of the community. There’s also a lot more people coming in from outside if Utah mainly from California as well as Mexico.
The community is in the better economic side of the economic scale as the housing market in Heber is really high as many people are moving in and there not being enough housing for people especially affordable apartments this area is many family houses and the only apartments are outskirts of the community.
